Your health covers your physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. I included the 5 subcategories to help educate people on the different areas included in health. I don’t think Nutrition, Exercise, and Sleep need further explanation. Relaxation includes what you do for fun, or to release stress, like watching TV, playing video games, hobbies, meditation or just time for your mind and body to recover. There are some activities like walking that can be both Exercise and Relaxation. Hygiene is not just taking a bath or shower and brushing your teeth. It’s also keeping your clothes and your environment clean, especially your home. Good hygiene helps prevent diseases and other conditions and promotes health, yet we sometimes take it for granted and overlook it.

Coaches, Advisors, and Experts that can help with your Health goals are fitness coaches, personal trainers, dieticians, nutritionists, wellness coaches, life coaches, and teachers.
